Delivery Costs and Conditions
Delivery charges may include promotions such as free shipping thresholds. Due to large shipping costs to certain areas of Australia, the following postcodes do not qualify for free shipping. The applicable postcodes and their respective shipping rates are listed below:

Credits & Returns
We are totally committed to your satisfaction and will stand by the products we sell with a “no fuss” returns policy for faulty goods.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept change of mind returns or returns where the box/packaging has been damaged by the shipping provider.
Return Methodology
All returns must be pre-approved by Needleart World Pty Ltd before shipping.

3. A description of the issue or reason for requesting a return
4. Photos of the damage/fault
5. Your desired resolution
We will then advise the most efficient way to return the goods.
Returns - Delivery Charges
If the goods we sent you are either faulty or not what you ordered, we will also refund you the delivery charges both ways.
Please note that this does not apply to goods which have been delivered correctly and are not faulty.
